Like everything, it starts with a conversation. We’ll discuss recent market trends, local comparable properties, what buyers are seeing (and saying) and how your house fits into all of it. As your neighbor and local REALTOR®, I know all the background you’re going to need before you put your house on the market.
Next, I’ll take what I learn from you – your wants, your needs, your timing – and tailor online and offline marketing to attract the buyer who is looking for your house.
Once we have an offer (or offers!), I’ll walk you through every aspect of the contract to make sure you understand everything before you proceed. And I’ll be there every step of the way to the close of escrow. Ask me anything. I’m there for YOU.
